Counselling & Supervision
Supportive, Skilled and Experienced
I am a fully qualified therapist and supervisor working in Tonbridge, Kent. I have over 20 years experience of working as a therapist, and I am experienced in working therapeutically with individuals, couples and groups in a variety of settings including schools, community settings and in addition to my private practice I manage a community project facilitating groups of people experiencing mental health difficulties, and have received a ‘Mind’ regional award for this work.
I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space, for people, to explore, express and reflect. I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach and provide counselling, psychotherapy and supervision to reflect this, working within the BACP ethical framework.
I have a number of years experience of working with a wide range of issues and diagnoses including; anxiety; trauma; child related issues; depression; loss and grief; suicidal feelings and self-harm; personality disorders; low self-esteem; relationship difficulties, separation and divorce; and work related issues.
